Overcome envy self hypnosis

This session is designed to help you to move past feelings of envy. It gives you a self esteem boost, a feeling that you don't need to envy anyone, you focus on your life, with positive expectations, looking forwards with optimism. Letting go of envy can be a simple change in the way you see things, your subconscious mind can help you to make this change. Listen to the session each day if possible for 2-3 weeks for best effect.

Let yourself be guided into a state of deep comfortable relaxation. Your subconscious mind becomes receptive to suggestions, and the positive ideas are reinforced with regular use, so old feelings reactions and thoughts change and become more positive. Its time to focus on you and your life and take control of your thoughts feelings and actions.
