Rachael has a very good middle range voice for this kind of CD, and she speaks clearly, slowly and calmly. The mindfulness teaching/meditation induces a state of complete peace and relaxation. However, it is mainly teaching mindfulness meditation and there is no mention of the four principles for mindful transformation which are used to help work through difficult experiences/emotions. There are two sessions of the same mindfulness teaching, one with music (which is barely noticeable) and one without music. Each session consists of a mindfulness meditation focused on noticing the breath going in and out of the body, bringing the attention back to the breath when attention drifts, stilling and calming the mind and relaxing the body, followed by a brief guided meditation (sitting on the beach,) and finally bringing the attention back to the body.
