Not only that, but I walk around feeling good (read "confident") all the freakin time. This CD lasts only 25 minutes, give or take, so listening to it doesn't eat up much time. The hypnotist, a female, has the most beautiful velvety voice. She does, however, speak with a British accent, but it's the nice British accent, the accent indigenous to that part of Britain where Dame Julie Andrews rides bareback on a shetland pony, cantering across hills bestrewn with rusty cans and bullet casings.
