Worthwhile
“I’ve bought multiple other hypnosis CDs by Rachael Eccles. I really like her voice, as it’s clear, but soft and with a neutral accent. I find her voice very soothing to my ears.
My situation is I lost my job a year ago and I’ve been on a downward spiral of depression ever since, with a recent diagnosis of lifelong ADHD with potential autistic ‘quirks’, which need further investigating. My partner of some 7 years has also just recently broken up with me, but we’re still living together and still sleeping in the same bed. It’s an awkward, hellish experience. I’m trying to get organised to move out, see I’m also a bit of a hoarder and I have diagnosed OCD too.
I bought this CD to try and get myself motivated and to unleash my potential. Whilst the majority of the CD feels effective (only been using it just over a week), what isn’t working for me is when she tries to put you in to trance. This CD gets you to imagine being relaxed and reaching different levels of relaxation. In her stop obsessive hoarding cd she works through the muscles first, which I found put me in to a complete relaxed state, to the point I couldn’t move until the CD finished.
Still, the CD is definitely worth a shot and I’m going to try and not get sidetracked and keep with it for a full 30 days. If I have any breakthroughs/epiphanies, then I will update this review accordingly.” Amazon customer (verified review)

“Life is stressful! That is an understatement and sometimes it feels comfortable to sink into negative thinking to cope. This is when you need someone wise and caring to encourage you to relax and consider all your options. Being depressed does not feel like a choice, it feels more like a weight that is holding you back from happiness. This hypnosis CD helps you to stop thinking negative thoughts. It also encourages you to rewire your brain for positivity.
Rachael seems to know exactly what to say to calm your soul into a deep place of tranquility. As she says: “You have the power to choose to only think positive thoughts.” This gentle advice is welcome when you need someone to understand how fragile you are.
This CD will help you think more positively effortlessly and easily. OK some retraining of the mind is involved but with hypnosis you will really get deep into your subconscious mind and want to make changes naturally.
This CD has a waking hypnosis at the start and a hypnosis to lead you into deeper sleep at the end. So two choices for a better life! If you lie awake at night thinking and thinking then the sleeping hypnosis may really work for you. After it is over there is calming music to help you drift into dreams. I like doing both hypnosis sessions back to back and I have been able to wake myself up at the end by counting from 5 to 1 myself. I find listening to the whole CD makes me the most relaxed.

“I wasn’t sure about buying this self hypnosis CD and I had no experience with Rachael Eccles products. I’ve also participated in a couple large group settings were a stage hypnotist tried to hypnotize as many people in the audience as possible but I wasn’t able to let go and let it happen. A concern I had with Rachael’s CD was that it seems many of them say you need to use them for 30 days for the best results. I wasn’t thrilled with putting in that much time but I also have to admit I found this CD helped me in only 3 to 4 uses over a couple weeks and I’d also have to say that it was successful and worth the purchase. Her voice on the CD is very pleasant and relaxing as described. “This is the best hypnosis CD ever! Wish I had found it years ago as I have tried hypnotherapists costing me several hundred pounds and not had the results like I have with this cd. Her voice is very calming and soothing and what I thought was great is you can sample her talking on YouTube so you can see if you click with the voice which is very important with hypnotherapy.
This hypnotherapy cd has a daytime and bedtime version and the bedtime one sends me to sleep. The day time version made me feel so calm and I can honestly say the issues I had in my past that I could not let go of prior to buying this cd have gone.

” I have waited a while before writing this review as if I had written it in the first week of trying the CD I would have put that it didn’t work for me. However im in week 4 and thing have changed quite dramatically and one one is more surprised than me. It the strangest feeling I have always drank approx. a bottle of wine a day for at least the last 25 years and as I get older im feeling fat sluggish tired joint pain unfit and thought maybe it time to cut down, so i bought this cd with my mothers day voucher and to be honest I only kept going with it as it really helped me relax and sleep.
