Overcome Fear of Dental Extractions Hypnosis

This Hypnosis CD is designed to prepare you for dental extractions if you have fear and anxiety about it. Listen to the audio and ideally think of a song you like before you listen, as the hypnosis session will help to remind you to focus on the song at the appointment and this will help you on the day. The hypnosis mentions the dentist appointment and help establish a calm acceptance that you will face this and you will feel strong. There are 3 tracks on the CD, a listen and wake hypnosis, a mini 5 minute hypnosis designed to use when you don't have much time, and to use repeatedly on the morning before the appointment. There is also a bedtime hypnosis to use in the days before the appointment.

IMPORTANT: Do not use self hypnosis until you have checked with your doctor if you have a serious medical condition such as epilepsy, heart conditions or schizophrenia. Do not use the hypnosis while driving or doing anything that requires your concentration.
