Track 2. (30 minutes)

The shorter version of spoken guidance continues for 5 minutes, after which there is music and chanting for a further 25 minutes. In the audio we begin with some outbreaths and mental focus. Later we begin the Om chant.



How to use this audio:

Initially, if you are not experienced with O Mantra meditation, begin with chanting Om aloud while listening to track 1. To chant it correctly think of it as 3 sounds:



A - U - M

As you begin with the 'A' sound, you should feel a tightening in your tummy. As you alter the sound to the 'U' you feel it in your chest. Finally, with the 'M' sound, it vibrates in your throat and head.


On the Exhalation:

The full A-U-M process occurs from the beginning of an exhalation and ends on the full exhalation. Then you take another full breath and repeat.



Silent Mantra

After practicing the Om chant aloud you can switch to silently hearing the Om mantra as you exhale. This means you can do this meditation anywhere.
