Session 2. Easy Weight Loss will help you to reprogram your mind to take control of food. You will find it easier to stick to a sensible diet, healthy foods in the right quantities, eating to relieve hunger, eating just enough and no more. There are 3 tracks to choose from, daytime, bedtime and a mini 5 minute hypnosis for when you need to reinforce quickly.
Session 3. No no Yo-yo keeps you on the path. You are done with yo-yo dieting, losing weight and putting it back on, this hypnosis recording programs your mind for success and an easy ability to persevere and continue to lose weight, getting your body how you want it to be and becoming the New Slim You. This is a single track.
