Hypnotherapy is effective in programming your mind to overcome anxiety and nervousness and feel more relaxed and calm. This hypnosis can help with reducing stress and anxiety and help you to feel able to drive to new or unfamiliar places, gradually developing your confidence as a driver and overcoming fear.

1. Overcome Fear of Driving, Listen & Wake Hypnosis
2. Overcome Fear of Driving, Bedtime Hypnosis
The Listen and wake track will guide you into a deeply relaxed state, and develop positive changes in the way you feel, instilling a feeling of calm. As you listen and become deeply relaxed and receptive, you absorb the hypnotic suggestions. Use this session if you want to feel refreshed and alert afterwards. The Bedtime hypnosis is similar to track 1 except it guides you to sleep as it ends, making it ideal to use when you go to bed.
