How to Use the Hypnosis Audios

Listen to one of the full tracks each day for 21 - 30 days. Use the mini track just before any kind of performing for an audience, however small. You can use either the daytime or bedtime track (or both), listen once or twice each day if possible. The more you use the hypnosis the better the results tend to be. Some people do get fast almost immediately noticeable results but for others it takes a little longer.
