This hypnosis is designed to help you to learn to astral project, to get really good at getting out of your body, so that you are able to go on astral journeys. It can be difficult to learn to do this for many people as once you look back at your relaxed body you tend to immediately jolt right back in. This hypnosis is aimed at assisting you to get past that urge and to be guided into a clear, comfortable process of getting up gently and smoothly in your astral body and then getting back in again, easily. If you fall asleep when listening to this you will just automatically end the process and wake up as normal. It is safe and easy, just like a guided meditation, and any experience or visualization you have is down to your own imagination, this CD does not guide you anywhere except through the initial process of getting out of your physical body and being free for a time in your astral body, but what you do after that point it is down to you. You can use the CD as a way of becoming proficient at AP, and then you can just do it without needing the CD at all.
