How quickly will I see results after I start using hypnosis mp3s?
It depends, you may see a result immediately, but sometimes it can take a couple weeks of regular use to get results. Even if you do get instant results it is wise to keep using it for about 3 weeks in order to consolidate the effects. After that you can just use anytime you want to boost the effects.
Where is the best place to listen to hypnosis mp3s?
Find a quiet place you can relax and feel comfortable and safe.
