The hypnosis does not guide you anywhere except through the initial process of getting out of your physical body and being free for a time in your astral body, but what you do after that point it is down to you. You can use it as a way of becoming proficient at AP, and then you can just do it without needing the hypnosis at all.

How quickly will I see results after I start using hypnosis mp3s?

It depends, you may see a result immediately, but sometimes it can take a couple weeks of regular use to get results. Even if you do get instant results it is wise to keep using it for about 3 weeks in order to consolidate the effects. After that you can just use anytime you want to boost the effects.
